Glowing Dreaded Seals drop singly and randomly off keep mobs, mino relic mobs, mobs on the Island of Agramon, and lab mobs. These are the easiest to get if you’re running solo. Sanguine Dreaded Seals drop in stacks of 10 from the keep lords (a purple con mob that guards each keep), relic bosses (the relics in each zone have been replaced by high end mobs and a relic boss), and the main dragons in each zone. These generally take a group to a battle group to get. There is no difference in value of either type of solitary seal. Seals give out realm points based on the level of the character turning in the seal, and you cannot go over the maximum Realm Point total for your level through redemption of these seals. So if a player turns one in and hits their cap (or are at cap), that player will only get enough realm points to take them to the maximum for their level. So it’s a good idea to wait until your at level 50 before your turn them in. At base for a level 50, with no bonus’s each seal is worth approximately 3600 realm points. Bounty points are based on the amount of realm points earned. So how do you get bonuses? Items that can easily be gotten in game give bonus to rp’s. Orion’s belt, Snatchers Bracer, the relic fragments, Greater Guerdon Mythirian, and the buff from the RP relic (Spectramancer Gozier located in Breifine at 32k, 39k), as well as your guilds RP buff. To maximize your bonus, equip all items before turning in your seals. Most of them do stack. To make turning in seals easier, since they cannot be stacked, any character can craft / combine their seals: 10 Glowing or Sanguine Dreaded Seals into a single Lambent Dreaded Seal; Flugent Dreaded Seal combines five of the Lambent Dreaded seals (50 seals). Finally, there is an Effulgent Dreaded Seal (250 seals). Recipe that combines five of the Fulgent Dreaded Seals. You’ll find this ability located under spellcrafting, and you don’t need to have any level to combine. Once crafted / combined however, the seals cannot be broken down. Useful info there. I certainly recommend Orions Belt . Encounter is easy enough at level 50, and takes no time to get its level to 10. Wearing this you'll get an extra 180 RPs per seal. I also have the lesser Guerdon Myth (need to be CL6 or 8 - can't remember which now), which if I recall gives around another 50 or so RPs

You can do the Orion's Belt encounter at lvl 30 and get the artifact too. Doing this and leveling it to lvl 10 gives you 5% more XP while you are leveling also. If anyone needs help doing the encounter at lvl 30 give us a hollar and we will help, takes like 30 seconds.
